About me

Vikki Cox Kinesiologist

I’m Vikki, a Systematic Kinesiologist with clinics in Plymouth and Wembury.

I first discovered the many benefits of Kinesiology in 2012. I was a busy Mum juggling the pressures of parenting three daughters and managing an increasingly stressful career as a TV Producer. Life was always hectic and constantly throwing curveballs at me. Physically and emotionally. It was draining my energy. Plus, I had a history of IBS and allergies.

Regular Kinesiology sessions helped to restore balance to me and my world. Maintaining this frenetic existence, and my sanity, for more than a decade! It empowered me to take control of my health. And to make the best nutritional choices to stay strong as I transitioned into middle age.

Most importantly it has given me a new direction in life as a Kinesiology practitioner. Having trained with The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology (who first brought Kinesiology to the UK) I’ve become passionate about bringing positive change and restoring balance to everyone I work with.

I love sharing the benefits and knowledge of Kinesiology with a client. Also, I really enjoy learning something from everyone I meet and treat. This allows me to continue to grow as a practitioner. Seeing the benefits and change that it brings, as clients ‘reconnect’ with their bodies. Leaving my clinic feeling ‘lighter’, emotionally more positive and with less physical pain. It’s incredibly rewarding.

If you’d like to learn more about how kinesiology can help you, please send me a message and we can arrange a time to talk things through.
